MamaTherapy Day 16

Day 16: Heavy Load

Teach Everyone.

The old saying goes that if the load gets to heavy take a little off to make it lighter to bare. As a mom or woman in general, we tend to take on way more than what we need to and don’t allow for others to help us out. When we decide to take on the world we have to realize that when we don’t ask for help, people will tend to shy away from lending us a hand. Human beings generally are not programmed to automatically take initiative or become a leader, it is taught and represented in front of us. We must take charge and delegate what we call the heavy load to those around us and demand that people around us lend a helping hand. It is also our job to let people know when we need a break because no one can read your mind. If you want that heavy load to split up for you, start speaking up, teach those around you what you know. Teach your family early what it takes to lead and take over when you need some assistance. Don’t be afraid to ask for help or a mental break. Superwoman have to take a day off too.

Hope this Helps 😀
